What is
East Creative??
The only conference in eastern Poland bringing together designers and creators from the creative sector, entrepreneurs, the local community and local authorities. The event builds on the concept of the conference held between 2015 and 2019 under the name ‘Lubelski Wzór’. This year’s third edition of East Creative is being organised under the slogan HUMAN ONLY.

Theme of this year’s edition
Technology is evolving faster than ever, and artificial intelligence is changing the rules of the game. Yet today, we are asking much more fundamental questions: where is the human being in all of this?
This edition shifts the focus from the tools themselves to the people who create. We will explore responsibility, sensitivity, ethics, and agency in a world full of uncertainty. We ask what remains irreplaceable in the design process — and what cannot be automated.
Because although the tools change from one day to the next, the questions of meaning, value, and direction remain inherently human.

Foundation for Design Development
The LuCreate Design Development Foundation is a Lublin-based non-governmental organisation which, for over a dozen years, has been bringing together the creative community, designers, business and culture. We create a space for the exchange of experiences, promote good design and support young talent in building a professional career path. We are the initiators and organisers of the East Creative Conference – an event that focuses on the future of the creative industries in Poland.
