Join the East Creative 2026 team! We’re looking for volunteers

Want to see what it’s like behind the scenes to organize one of the most important events in the creative industry in Eastern Poland? Do you enjoy being around people who are passionate about design, marketing, art, and new technologies?

Become part of the East Creative 2026 team! Join us and let’s create this unique event together on October 15 and 16 at the Center for the Meeting of Cultures in Lublin.

For us, design and the creative industry aren’t just about talks – they’re first and foremost about people, relationships, and positive energy. We’re looking for dedicated individuals who will help us take care of our guests and speakers and ensure the entire event runs smoothly and stress-free.

What can you do with us?

Registration and Info Desk – you’ll handle the first point of contact with participants, hand out starter kits, and help them navigate the event venue.
Speaker Support – you’ll assist speakers and special guests, ensuring their comfort and managing the schedule of presentations.
Logistics and Room Support – you’ll oversee the progress of talks and workshops, assist the technical team, and ensure smooth logistics.
Providing Information About the East Creative Program – you’ll help participants navigate the schedule of talks and workshops.

What do we offer in return?

You’ll get an inside look at the inner workings of a major industry conference.
You’ll have the opportunity to interact directly with designers, experts, and representatives of the creative industry,
When you’re not on duty, you can attend lectures and panel discussions,
develop your soft skills and ability to work in a team;
enrich your resume with experience at a major cultural event,
test your communication skills in a foreign language,
meet new people and experience a unique conference,
sign a volunteer agreement and receive a certificate of participation in the conference organization; we can also sign a student internship agreement,
and have the opportunity to develop your interests and passions.

Schedule:

By October 4, 3:00 p.m. – applications accepted via the online form.
October 5 – announcement of selection results and contact with selected candidates.
October 7, 5:00 p.m. – first organizational and introductory meeting.
October 14, 4:00 PM – second meeting combined with a site visit and tour of the event space at CSK.
October 15–16, 2026 – East Creative conference (the main days of the event!).
